  Monod has fantastic customer service both on the web and in store. I recently had an issue with an avalanche transceiver and they went out of their way to solve my problem and get me going again in no time! Thanks!

  I ordered a jacket from them and I could not be more pleased. The jacket came in less than three days via mail and had a lovely thank you card and small chocolate bar as gift. It's a small gesture but I so much appreciate it. The jacket is great and the price was great too. I travel through Banff all the time so I'll absolutely be stopping in again! Thanks so much.

  Awesome staff. Have had multiple equipment failures and they are always great to deal with super reasonable rates (rare for Bow Valley)
